Blood Glucose

Cardiochek PA unit ‐ This test is used to screen for diabetes.

 

Blood HDLs

(single finger stick for Blood Glucose, HDLs and Total Cholesterol) Scanned with a Cardiochek PA unit ‐ This test is to screen for cardiovascular dysfunction.

 

Blood Total Cholesterol

Single finger stick for Blood Glucose, HDLs and Total Cholesterol Scanned with a Cardiochek PA unit ‐ This test is to screen for cardiovascular dysfunction.

 

Bone Densitometry

Performed with an ultrasonic heel scanner. The heel scan is a good indicator of the health of weight bearing bones such as the hip and the spine. Our unit is 98% accurate. This is a test for bone osteopenia and osteoporosis.

 

Body Composition

To test for lean body mass/fat ratios. This test is performed with caliper or bio‐impedence (ACSM standards.)

 

Balance Test

This is a test of proprioception, which is a person’s “position sense.” When it is below acceptable standards then the client is more likely to have low back issues – this test is performed using the Wii Fit technology.

 

Posture

Analyzed by a chiropractor either using PosturePro™ technology or S.A.M technology to determine where stresses are building up with the neuromusculoskeletal system.

 

Ergonomics

5 typical company workstations are randomly selected and issues are identified that can contribute to neuromusculoskeletal issues such as neck and upper back pain or carpel tunnel screening.

 

Full Company Profile

We conduct a one hour interview and site inspections with Human Resources or the Executive Team, reviewing all areas of wellness inside the workplace.
